What you’ll achieve
The Senior Manager, Product marketing is responsible for directing the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group. Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce. Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Communicates and translates company vision/strategy to staff. Responsible for executing on functional and business goals for the group. Addresses problems across functional areas of the business. Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives.

You will

  • Manage sub-managers and individual contributors in support of the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan and works with all departments to execute. Lead the process of driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements and positioning
  • Analyze potential partner relationships for a product. Responsible for goal-setting, performance management, coaching and development
  • Manages outside vendor relationships. Applies broad knowledge of company’s product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities.
  • Interfaces with other senior management members across the organization such as Engineering, Finance, Sales, Services, Executives as well as Customers, Press and Industry Analysts

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential Telco customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growing the territory/account base to attain financial objectives. Understanding customers’ business and solution requirements
  • Gain share of wallet/spend in client Solutions and Enterprise Solutions
  • Territory/account management, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources
  • Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties. Leads sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage account.
  • Adhere to strict operational excellence cadence using live SFDC as a primary tool for forecasting, account planning, MEDDIC, Trips reporting etc…

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent experience, preference to Master Degree Holder incl. Executive MBA
  • Extensive experience in a relationship selling role where you were recognised as a top performer. Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills and proficient in working with CIO and next 2 levels down
  • Highly developed planning and organisation skills. Driven by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and can demonstrate a track record in this area
  • Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment, and position the wide portfolio of solutions covering the end to end transformation from Workforce, Infrastructure, Application and Security.
  • World-class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers’ business and the growth of Dell. Proven track record of working with high Integrity and compliance, matching DELL’s Culture code and Values to the corporate world
