About The Responsibilities

  • Partners with the customer to formulate and implement enterprise-wide business, organization and information communications technology strategies. Involved with and supported by the relevant technical resources from the customer and from Avaya, at each step in the process of designing and delivering integrated business and information communications solutions to support the enterprise’s accomplishment of business goals
  • Thought leader within the company for the strategic application of communications and systems integration
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of highly complex multi-vendor, multi-function and multi-site customer programs. Achieving outstanding business results such as customer satisfaction
  • Leading the creation of technical concepts to fulfill customer requirements in cooperation with development, logistics, service, and quality management
  • Leading development departments, sales, purchasing, logistics, and quality management to ensure the achievement of project goals (scope, time and budget)
  • Analyses business processes in an organization and makes recommendations to improve their effectiveness in supporting the customer’s strategic business goals.
  • This role is responsible for developing the disciplines and the business results of the engagements. Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems.
  • Negotiating contracts with 3rd Parties and implementation of Quality controls
  • Executive Level communication of project progress in decision-making Steering committees and day to day communication
  • Independent structure, organization, and control of program structures and responsible for multiple virtual team members
  • Creation and development of highly complex, multi-phase project plans (MS Project)
  • Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management

About The Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with additional technical certifications in VOIP and Verint WFO (5- 8+ years of proven industry experience working with Avaya solutions at Architecture, Design, Configuration and Implementation level.
  • B.S. or M.S in one or more of the following areas – Telecommunication Networks, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
  • Certification in Program Management (PMI, IPMA, Agile PM/Scrum)
  • Strong experience in agile Infrastructure Program’s
  • Strong Avaya UC and CC experience at solution level spanning multiple Avaya products
  • Ability to support multiple workstreams at any given time
  • Excellent communication skills on CxO Level including strong English language ability
  • Ability to work independently and in the team environments as well as with discipline in a Virtual Office environment
  • Result oriented
  • Calm leadership and highly self-organized
  • Travel is required on average between 30%-60% of the time and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a client’s environment

About the opportunities

The Client Service Management team manages the service relationship with some of Avaya’s key Customers and Partners who demand and value the smoothest of interactions with regards services both reactive and proactive, recognizing the value that their infrastructure delivers, and the cost of it not performing at the highest possible level of service.The person hired into this position will act as a dedicated or designated liaison between the company and customers to improve customer satisfaction and to meet service level agreements. Responsible for the timely resolution of day to day problems and break/fix incidents for technical or operational issues. Configurations and customers are generally highly complex, strategic and/or global in nature. They may team with any of the following to develop and implement an account management strategy that drives company revenue: account managers, project and program managers, engagement managers, systems engineers, sales team members, and service providers. Must use, train, and serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of tools to streamline efforts in troubled case management, escalation, and fault avoidance through proactive engagement.

They will possess and maintains a clear understanding of key customer service entitlements and proactively monitors daily. Must ensure service plans align with revenue objectives. Must have a high-level understanding of the company’s products and be able to leverage technical resources to expedite problem resolution. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides resolutions and service recommendations to a diverse range of complex problems.

About The Responsibilities

  • Working directly with paying customers and/or partners
  • Guiding staffing delivery resources and ensuring that qualified internal and contractor resources are in place to meet program or other goals according to plan
  • Managing relationships between delivery resources on a daily basis, including contractors, site staff, local field service, engineering, supplier groups and Sales Account Managers
  • Conducting and participating in readiness reviews, service reviews, CSAT reviews and satisfaction reviews
  • Monitoring, measuring and improving overall Customer satisfaction through process improvement, resource improvement and other steps, either directly or through escalation
  • Managing risk and impact of Customer change requests and identifying service implications
  • Predicting service requirements
  • Tracking, facilitating and driving technical issue resolution within agreed SLA/SLO
  • Ensuring Entitlement accurately reflected in Avaya tools
  • Ensuring the customer is aware of potential risks, e.g. Life Cycle Management

About the requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to be enthusiastic, have excellent attention to detail, ability to empathize, and ability to stand firm when necessary. You will be managing service support performance within Avaya.
